Records include constitutions and by-laws; minutes (1911-2001), attendance books (1930-1982); subscription books (1930-1943); correspondence, including a letter from Roberta Jull to Edith Cowan (16 April 1916) and letter book (1914-1917), annual reports (1924-1996) and other reports (1922-1986), as well as other miscellaneous papers. Part of the collection relates to Edith Cowan, who was actively involved in the foundation of the Council, and was its president from 1913-1920.
